Club Tournaments
We’re excited to welcome you to our club tournaments — a fun and competitive opportunity for all full-year members to play, connect, and enjoy the tennis season together!
- Entry fee: $20 per person
- Additional event: $15 per person
- Doubles: $20 per player ($40 per team)
- Includes: Guaranteed two matches and a Saturday BBQ
- Who can join: Full annual members only
- Minimum: 4 players or teams required per event
To register:
Please send an email to lethtennisclub@gmail.com with:
- Full names of all players
- Email and phone number for each player
- Event name and category (e.g. Men’s Singles, Mixed Doubles)
If you’d like to play doubles but don’t have a partner, just let us know — we’ll try to match you with someone.
Each draw requires at least 3 entries to run. If a draw doesn’t reach the minimum, you’ll have the option to switch to another event or withdraw.
Important:
Make sure you're available to play throughout the tournament weekend (Friday evening through Sunday). The exact schedule will depend on the number of entries.
Payment:
Please send your fee by e-transfer to lethtennisclub@gmail.com. You can also pay at your first match (cash or cheque).
Deadline to register:
Entries must be received by Tuesday of the tournament week at 11:59 pm. No late entries will be accepted — please register on time!
Prizes will be awarded to winners and runners-up.
